HR After Work it’s a networking event which gathers Human Resources professionals in a post work informal meeting. Those sessions always have a theme and some special guests to animate and moderate the conversation. Directors, managers, HR responsibles, managers of internal communication, consulters or academics of the area are invited to share knowledge, experiences and, essentially, spend some casual moments together after an exigent working day!
Each event includes a part where the aim is to meet a 3rd Sector Social Organisation and some of its projects through the initial section “4 Minutes of Social responsibility”.
Associação Mais Cidadania was the guest organisation for this day to share with the participants the work we developed in terms of community intervention and social inclusion.
This meeting gave the interesting opportunity to disseminate our projects with a special focus on those having as objective the employability like Senior Plus, and establish contacts with enterprises for possible future partnerships.
