OBJECTIVES:
- Suggesting effective way to fill in the Skills section in the platform
- Choose the skills of the e-portfolio that best match your profile
- Fill the skills mastery by evaluating the choices and by filling in the fields description
METHODOLOGY:
- In a group the participant is invited to motivate which skills he has chosen to enter; we read together the descriptive part and the other participants react and give their opinion and their suggestions
- Following each person compile, on a laptop, the skills selected, with the support of the trainer
MATERIALS AND RESOURCES NEEDED:
- A PC connected to Internet, for each participant
- A video projector
STEP BY STEP PROCESS:
- Access into the e-portfolio of a participant who has completed at least one skill, using PC connected to the Internet and video projector
- Access into the Skills session of the e-portfolio
- Reading and comments about the skill by the concerned person and feedback from the group
- Feedback of the trainer and suggestions for the compilation
- Compiling the capitol Skills directly in e-portfolio
OUTCOMES:
- Echo profile in pdf format and written summary of the strengths and development areas

NOTES FOR FURTHER USE:
- Given the very personal nature of this activity the exchange into the group is held in the utmost freedom of each individual to share or not the report emerged from Echo. However, it is useful to stimulate discussion around the strong skills that everyone recognizes, even to accustom people to talk about themselves, and to recognize themselves to be recognized.
- The mirror effect that the fellow group members generate can help even better integration of the aspects that emerged, both in the positive, both with respect to the critical and to the improvement points
