OBJECTIVES:

Develop own profile of behavioral and motivational skills through the PerformanSe ECHO tool

METHODOLOGY:

PerformanSe is a web platform through which it is possible to prepare a questionnaire for the detection of skills (soft skills) and motivations. Sent through an account, at a distance from the trainer, the person receives the link to connect and process his profile ECHO directly from his PC

MATERIALS AND RESOURCES NEEDED:

- A PC connected to Internet
- A printer

STEP BY STEP PROCESS:

- The trainer sends remotely a link to the email address of the person
- The person fill out his questionnaire (approximately 15 minutes)
- The system processes the data and returns a profile in the form of a pdf document (see attachment)

OUTCOMES:

Echo profile in pdf format

EVALUATION:

Not expected

NOTES FOR FURTHER USE:

It is also possible to process the profile Echo during a joint session in the classroom. In this case, each person must be equipped with a PC connected to the Internet and must have the personalized link previously sent by the trainer. After yhe process the profile will be printed on paper for each participant
