Title:
Interview-Profi
What for:
Do you know how to get to Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice, practice. Sometimes with a job the way is also simple as that. Encouraging SP participants to talk freely about their strengths and areas for development during an interview simulation is a great way for diminishing stress and preparing for the unknown and unexpected – HR specialists.

4. Individual feedback delivered by the facilitator.
5. Summary of the excersise.
OUTCOMES:
Participants confidently presenting their strong sides and persuading ‘employers’ that they are motivated to develop in assigned tasks.

Participants were quite confidently presenting their strong sides and focused on less developed areas not as weaknesses but things that they would like to improve. They felt more confident using modern terms and expressions present in the e-Portfolio. It has been evaluated as motivating and useful, not very hard.
NOTES FOR FURTHER USE:
It is very important to engage other participants into this excerise, so that they could learn the employers perspective too.
