This activity has been given to seniors as an exercize to do at home individually. Time dedicated at home is foreseen as integral part of SP training course in Italy

IN PLENARY

DURATION:

0-30 min

OBJECTIVES:

- Present the cards deepening of the experiences, explain the methodology and the purpose
- Collect on paper/digital the content to be transferred later in Senior Pass e-Portfolio
- Learn the methodology of analysis of a significant experience, aimed to the recognition of the skills acquired

METHODOLOGY:

- Presentation, in group, on how to fill the card

MATERIALS AND RESOURCES NEEDED:

- Dossier “Portfolio of Competencies – analysis sheets of the experience”, 1 copy for each participant
- Classroom with chairs and / or tables arranged in a circle or horseshoe
- Paper, pens
- Flip chart and markers

STEP BY STEP PROCESS:

- Presentation of the activity and of the support pedagogical dossier
- Deepening of the “summary sheet of professional experience”, as proposed homework

OUTCOMES:

Cards “Analysis of professional experience” compiled

EVALUATION:

During the second session of the classroom work the completed questionnaires will be reviewed for verification and analysis.
Participants can also send by mail the completed questionnaires to the coach for verification and exchange at a distance

NOTES FOR FURTHER USE:

- The dossier portfolio of skills is delivered complete, with all cards (professional, educational, training, outside work), however, proposes a minimum goal: to deepen at least one or two professional experiences. This not to burden the work at home but still create a connection to the 2nd session.
